Mountain Roots Gardens is a Colorado-based, locally run, family-owned garden center and plant nursery. We started growing a wide variety of plants in our greenhouse over 30 years ago.
Our goal was to grow the freshest, highest quality plants possible, designed to thrive in the Rocky Mountain region. Our staff has over 100 years of combined experience growing and choosing the best vegetables, flowers and plants for your needs. And our business mission is to provide quality plants, information and services in a beautiful and fun environment; all at a fair and honest price.

Great selection, great prices, helpful knowledgeable staff. We bought a variety of flowers and they were all very healthy and well maintained. Lots of bright blooms on everything we got. Highly reccomend shopping here and supporting a great local greenhouse.

What a beautiful place! They have a unique selection of annuals that are healthy and beautiful! I paid about half what I usually do for basic flowers I have gotten at Home Depot. The staff is super attentive and helpful. I didnt have to figure out how to use the price gun!

Super knowledgeable and supportive staff. Needed help with an over flow of seed starts and they gladly helped out! We have and will continue to come here for their beautiful hanging baskets and hearty vegetables!

What a gem! Super helpful and knowledgeable staff helped me find what I wanted, had great recommendations, and were able to answer all my questions. The prices are super reasonable and the flowers all looked healthy and well cared for. I wish I had found this place sooner. I will definitely be back in the future!

We're so fortunate to have this small family-run greenhouse/nursery in our town. Incredible personal service. I am a big fan of heirloom plants, and they have been wonderful in catering to my special requests. They have actually spoiled me, because when I occasionally go to others in this Northern Colorado region... the larger operations seem so impersonal. They're just being efficient, so I'm not dissing them... it's just that I've gotten to expect the personal touch you get at Flowers for 3.
